Our most recent work with clients has included:

A STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME - a comprehensive modularised programme of leadership & management development activities to support the strategic & operational transformation of a UK financial services organisation. This programme has over two years covered the entire management population from Executives to Supervisors and has increasingly involved line managers delivering work-placed based learning supported by train the trainer activies and distant learning materials.

COMPETENCY PROFILES, FRAMEWORK & DICTIONARY - the identification and defintion of organisation-wide professional & technical competencies for a leading Bank in the Middle East to help them more rapidly build their internal capability so they are better able to compete in the global financial services market place. The project has involved profiling over 150 key jobs across Retail, Commercial, Corporate, Investment and Wholesale Banking plus key operational and functional roles. Outcomes have included a series of user workshops to help line managers use a competency based approach to recruitment, development, talent management and career progression. The next phase of the the project will involve using the competency framework to identify the key learning prioirities and curriculum design in a number of business critical areas.

HIGH POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT - the design and facilitation of a series of one week business focused modules for high potential individuals drawn from across the business of a major consumer packaging manufacture. Programmes have been run in Chicago, Austria, UK & Shanghai as part of a wider Academy activity aimed at fast tracking the development of high potential individuals.

LEADERSHIP MASTERCLASSES - a series of leadership masterclasses for Senior Managers in a leading Japanese Bank aimed at equipping individuals with a wider understanding of their leadership role in and enhancing skills to lead and implement change.

WINTER & SUMMER SCHOOLS - the project management & facilitation of a series of pan-European Winter & Summer Schools on behalf of a major european banking association representing member banks across Europe in the area of Payments. Planning is underway for the 3rd Summer School to be run in June 2010 near Nice in France and combining an integreted learning experience with the Accenture Technology Labs.
